The Social Media Coordinator will administer the company’s social media accounts. The Social Media Coordinator is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future guest. That passion comes through as she engages with guest on a daily basis, with ultimate goal of turning fans into guest and guests into advocates.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)

• Content management (including website)

• Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research and audience identification

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platforms to fully utilize all marketing tools

• Create & manage all social media marketing strategies to increase exposure

• Produce Media Content that builds connections and increases the visibility of the company’s social media presence (images, video, written and audio/podcast)

• Edit images for our websites and create marketing campaigns (such as video ads and emails) for team members

• Make professional content that matches each brands image and creativity direction. Including but not limited to Carousel images, Product Images, Promo Banners and sliders

• Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising

• Leverage the right tools to manage your content

• Post content on all social media accounts regularly, (preferably daily)

• Be in constant communication with the General Manager and Marketing Manager

• Report negative reviews to the General Manager and Operations Manager immediately

• Integrate all channels of marketing (social medial, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)

• Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns

• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day to day activities

• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers

• Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions when appropriate

• Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal guest online reviews

• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns in an effort to maximize results

• Maintaining personal health and sanitation standards
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned

The first responsibility of a Social Media Coordinator is to develop and implement a social media marketing plan. the marketing plan will include the following components and should be reviewed no less than every 90 days.

 Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Digital Media or Marketing degree or three years of related experience in field

• Knowledge on operating all current social media accounts such as but not limited to (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
